Research Assistant

This position is responsible for supporting the CHAllenges in Managing and Preventing Pain (CHAMPP) clinical research center and NIH-funded clinical trials under the direction of the Principal Investigator and the Program Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for screening, recruiting, conducting follow-up assessments, maintaining electronic databases and subject data files in a confidential manner, documenting and distributing subject reimbursements, and assisting with study administrative duties as they occur. Computer experience including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, REDCap and EndNote preferred.

Research Coordinator

CHAMPP looking for a qualified Research Coordinator to work on a multi-site NIH sponsored study. The Research Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and management of all data collection for the study and trouble-shooting any database issues. As participants are recruited across multiple sites, the Research Coordinator’s responsibility will be coordinating with the sites and following-up with sites and participants to administer questionnaires. In collaboration with the PI and Project Manager, this individual will assist in the development and implementation of study protocols as well as IRB submissions and modifications.

Communications Support III

CHAMPP is looking for an undergraduate major in communications, writing, or similar to assist with all social media and website related tasks for CHAMPP. This includes using Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to build engagement through professional and well-crafted posts. Experience with social media for business pages is required. Post creation will include text and simple graphics. Proficiency in scheduling posts across platforms for maximum engagement is needed. All social media for this project is new and requires the incumbent to research and follow similarly related programs and drive engagement with similar organizations. Some website work may be required. Experience with Drupal a plus.
